Returns & RefundsWe warrant that all our products will be free of defects at the time of shipping. These products are all subject to the manufacturers warranties. Any of our products that become faulty during the warranty period may be returned in order for us to arrange repair or replacement. As soon as we have been contacted by you to facilitate return of the product to us, we will provide you with the necessary return details. Should a product be found faulty within 7 (seven) days from having received your order, the buyer will send and we will return the product and if the manufacturer or its official distributing agent determines that the product can be honoured in terms of the warranty, This will be subject to the manufacturer or its official distributing agent determining that the product can be honoured under the terms of the warranty. If not, the costs for the return of the product will be for your account. Should the product be found faulty or become faulty after 7 (seven) days from having received your order and where the product still falls under the warranty period, the cost of returning the faulty product will be for your account and we will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced product back to you. This will be subject to the manufacturer or its official distributing agent determining that the product can be honoured under the terms of the warranty. If not, the costs for the return of the product will be for your account. If you are not entirely satisfied with the product you have received, you may return the product within 7 (seven) days after date of delivery. The returned product should however be returned in its original condition and packaging. After receipt of the returned product the Store Manager will inspect the product and determine if it is in its original condition and packaging. Blazing Barrels will charge a 15% restocking and/or handling fee if the return is accepted.
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can`t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed so by us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Obvious signs of use or that the item has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and we will EFT the funds to bank account that is in your name only. No exceptions!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven`t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you`ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will give you a return address, specific to that item.
